Writer is all about Thangaraj an aged police officer who is fighting to establish Union among police officers. He gets caught up in a case involving a Phd student Devaraj. How does Thangaraj handle this situation is what is shown in the movie.
The movie is well written and directed with good background score all along. Solid performance by all the lead characters take this movie to a level up.
