Pidikittapulli (2021) Malayalam Movie Review

Directed by Jishnu Sreekandan Starring Sunny Wayne, Ahaana, Baiju, Lalu Alex, Saiju Kurup in lead.

Shambu a junior architect ends up is unusual situation and the series of events which follows explains the story in Pidikittapulli.

Coming under logicless comedy entertainer genre the movie fails to keep entertainment level high on all scenes thereby bringing lag in parts. Lalu Alex in comedy avatar after a long time is positive to the movie as he keeps audience entertained. Climax twists were good but came too late.

Verdict: Logicless below average comedy movie

Directed by Scott Frank starring Liam Neeson, Dan Stevens, David Harbour and Brian Astro Bradley in lead.

Matt Scudder is hired by Kenny to know more about killing of her wife. Being an ex cop Matt scudder lives with a heavy mind due to loses he had to incur due to his alcohol addiction. He is now a private investigator without license. The movie moves on with revelation of what actually happened to Mrs Kenny.

Liam Neeson and Brian Bradley have given an incredible performance in this crime drama which doesnt have those loud gun shots and Chopping of head. 

Verdict : Good Thriller

Kuruthi (2021) Malayalam Movie Review

Written By Anish Pallyil Directed by Manu Warrier starring Prithviraj, Roshan, Srinda, Mamukoya, Shine Tom in lead.

Unexpected guests arrive at Ibrus home. Then its all about clash between a person who has vowed to kill a guy and another person who has taken an oath to protect him. Movie conveys a message How situations make a person communalist and hatred is the most dangerous thing on earth.

Making and situations have resemblance with Varathan and Kala. Lead actors especially Roshan , Mamukoya , Srinda and Murali Gopybhas given good performance.

Verdict : Watchable Thriller
