A Taxi Driver (2017) Korean Movie Review

Directed by Hung Jang starring Kang Ho Song and Thomas Kretschman in lead.

In 1980 A taxi driver who is in need of money takes up a task to drive a foreigner from Seoul to Gwangju. Later he comes to know the foreigner is not actually the person whome he thought to be. What they faces at Gwangju and how they comes out follows.

This movie is Based on a true story of Uprising at Gwangju in 1980 by students and residents against the government. 

With terrific acting by lead characters, good making and spectacular visuals this movie turns out to be a classic.

Verdict: A Classic movie not to be missed.
