Karnan is directed my Mari Selvaraj starring Dhanush, Lal, Yogi Babu, Rajisha Vijayan in lead.
Karnan tells the story of a group of people who had been discarded by society for their cast. Even their village is fully discarded such that not even a bus stops near their village. Karnan is the character played by Dhanush who fights for their rights. Resemblance to Pariyerum Perumal is definitely there and many symbolic references have been used in Karnan.
Karnan is equal good in class,mass and thrills.
